TEMS SA
The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services
of four (4) Senior Engineers for services within the Fixed Wing
Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement (FWSAR) Project.
This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Technical
Engineering and Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS
SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070002. All terms and conditions of
the TEMS SA apply and will be incorporated into any resulting
contract.
The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Technical
Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Suppliers who are
compliant in Stream 2 - General Engineering and Related Services
of the TEMS SA..
A maximum of four (4) contracts may be issued.
The period of the resulting contract is from date of contract
award to 31 January 2015 with three (3) additional one (1) year
option period(s) under the same terms and conditions.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive for the service stream.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract for the service stream.
Security Requirement
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance
of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian
Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work
site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at
the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
