Work Description:
Work under this Contract is described as Office Consolidation -
Kluane National Park Headquarters, Haines Junction, Yukon
Territory, covers Interior Renovations, Addition and Minor
Exterior Alterations at the Former Visitor Reception Centre and
Public Washroom Building. The community of Haines Junction is
approximately160 KM from Whitehorse, YT.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within 10 months.

Site Visit Date:
A site visit has been scheduled for 21st May 2015 @ 1:00 PM PST.
Contractors are to meet at the main entrance on site.
Contractors are to note that this is not a mandatory site visit
and is optional. However, it is recommended that contractors
visit the site prior to closing.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$3,000,000.00 - $3,500,000.00.
