Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, located Moncton, NB has a requirement to rations and accommodations as per the Statement of Work described in the document named ?Request for Proposal?.

NOTE: Certified Criminal Record Checks will be required within 10 days and prior to award. The Offeror will have to offer proof that they have current Certified Criminal Record Checks for staff including those in the cafeteria/dining room and cleaning staff assigned during the dates of the contract period.

Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
After issuance of a contract, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposal. Offerors should make the request to the Contract Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation document requires attention.
