Nature of Requirements:
This requirement is to renew the Supply Arrangement for the relocation, modifications, extensions and consultation services to existing high density mobile shelving (HDMS) as well as installation of new HDMS systems for a period of five (5) years with the option to extend the arrangement by one (1) additional year. This RFSA is for deliveries in all regions of Canada, excluding Nunavut and locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
The RFSA will simultaneously include a provision to establish a duplicate Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses (PSAB).
Both PSAB and non-PSAB SA will be issued to qualified Suppliers in one or more of the following eight regions: Atlantic, National Capital Region (NCR), Northwest Territories, Ontario, Pacific, Quebec, Western, Yukon.
Delivery Date: 23/06/2021
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
