Request for Proposal (RFP) to supply a reactor to be delivered to National Research Council Canada , located in Montreal, province of Quebec.

The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on themandatory technical evaluation criteria specified inthe Statement of requirement included in the Request for Proposal.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and of the Agreement on the Internal Trade (AIT).
