The work under this contract invloves the realignment of the
west breakwater at the Newellton DFO-SCH facility in Shelburne
County, NS.

The work includes but is not limited to the re-alignment of the
west breakwater using salvaged and new materials as shown on the
project plans.

All elements of the work must be completed by seven weeks after
award of the contract.
