Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises the completion of required
interior tenant improvements to accommodate the PPSC (Public
Prosecution Services of Canada) Refit, located on Level 3 of the
existing Provincial Courthouse Facility, located at 222 Main
Street, Vancouver, B.C.

Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on December 11, 2014 at 13:30 PST.
Interested bidders are to meet in the Lobby at 222 Main Street,
Vancouver, B.C.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve
(12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$300,000.00 to $400,000.00.
