Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of an architectural firm, acting as prime consultant
together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for
the provision of service required for this project.
The project requires design work to complete the
renovation/fit-up of general purpose administrative office space
and special purpose space of approximately 1,543.7 uM2
(usable)/1,744.4 rM2 (rentable) for Health Canada and 1,883.8
uM2 (usable)/2,128.7 rM2 (rentable) for Public Health Agency of
Canada to be undertaken at the Stanley Knowles Building at 391
York Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms

It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
