Quantity: five hundred and seventy (570) handheld GARMIN
eTrex®30 (part number 010-00970-20) GPS Receivers.
DND has a requirement for five hundred and seventy (570)
handheld GPS Receivers to be used in support of navigation on
foot and when vehicle mounted during training and in operations
in a variety of climatic conditions. This procurement also
includes an option to procure up to an additional five hundred
and seventy (570) handheld GPS Receivers.
The handheld GPS Receivers are to be delivered DDP (Delivery
Duty Paid) to Kingston or Petawawa, ON., whichever is
applicable, Canada, Incoterms 2010. For the initial delivery,
all the deliverables must be received ninety days (90) after
Contract Award.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
Bidders must provide products that are of the same description,
brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item
description of the bid solicitation. Bidders are advised that
substitute products will not be considered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
