Requirement
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of an Electric Circulation Heater suitable for heating natural gas for Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY. The product must include the following components: Flanged heater bundle, Pressure vessel, Instrumentation (thermocouples) and Insulation.
Schedule
While delivery is requested by March 13, 2020, the bidder will be requested to offer their best delivery date.
Security Requirement
There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.

Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
