Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Public Health Agency of Canada, requires the services of an Architectural and Engineering firm to provide Owner Project Requirements, Functional Programming Services, Test Plan Services, Building Capability Recommendation Services and Quantity Surveyor Services for the H Block Reconfiguration for the National Microbiology Laboratory at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health, Winnipeg, Manitoba as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on December 6, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet in the lobby of the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health, 1015 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Photo identification is required.
Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will notbe given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Manitoba.
This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the proposal.
