One (1) Level 3 Technical Writer

Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence requires the services to assist the Recognized Operational Support Picture (ROSP) Proof of Concept (PoC) in the amalgamating of data from many sources.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #20 applies
