Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the following: Timber wharf structures 406 and 409
(constructed in 1978) are in disrepair and it is necessary to
reconstruct to continue to serve fishing industry at Pointe
Sapin, Kent County, New Brunswick. It is proposed to construct
a new Berlin wall in front of these existing structures and the
existing boat ramp. A new boat ramp, independent of the new
structure, is included in this project. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for
PWGSC Project Number R.074536.001 forming part of the bid
document. The work is to be completed by July 31, 2016.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $1,000,001.00 - $2,500,000.00 (HST not included).
Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
