GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION:
Reconstruction & improvement of a portion of the heritage 1830s storage building’s stone foundation wall which has collapsed due to infiltration from surface run-off.
SITE VISIT:
THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT ON TUESDAY, JUNE 4th, 2013 AT 11:00 A.M. (EDT)
The bidder or a representative of the bidder may visit the work site to examine the scope of work and existing site conditions. Interested bidders are asked to meet at the Stockade Yard located at Fort Henry National Historic Site of Canada, 1 Fort Henry Drive, Kingston ON. A map of the Fort is provided to assist in locating the Stockade Yard.
The person conducting the site visit will have an attendance form which is to be signed by the bidder’s representatives in attendance. Bidders are advised that any clarifications or changes resulting from the site visit shall be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation document.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00
Contractors are to have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage.
