RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MINGAN WHARF

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work includes the reconstruction of the Mingan Wharf,
Mingan, North-Shore, QC.

More precisely, the work of this Contract includes, but not
limited to :
.1 Pile test driving.
.2 Timber pile demolition.
.3 Dredging.
.4 Pile testing.
.5 Timber pile driving.
.6 Steel pile driving.
.7 Construction of concrete beam and slab.
.8 Access road and parking.
.9 Wharf equipment: bollards, cleats, wood fenders, ladders,
winches.
.10 Construction and installation of service building.
.11 Wharf lighting and water distribution.
.12 Relocation of an oil tank and two buildings.
.13 Corrosion protection

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by February 15, 2014.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is over 5 000 000 $

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

available for viewing and downloading in PDF format or in hard
copy. Bidders should take note that attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the full set of drawings and specifications, which
consist of PDF files organized in an industry-standard directory
structure. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX
service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.

Drawings and specifications may be view at the following

Association patronale des entrepreneurs du Québec (APECQ) at
Chemin de la Savane, Montréal.

BID RECEIVING
Sealed tenders will be received in English or French at the
address mentioned below.

This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in
