Marginal Wharf Reconstruction, Long Cove, NL
Removal and replacement of an existing marginal wharf with a new
70m treated timber crib marginal wharf, and dredging as required
for crib placement/berthage depth. Uplands work including
installation of a new drainage system, placement of new asphalt
and installation of a new electrical system. All as shown and
described in the associated drawings and specifications.
Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (GI) -
R2710T (2013-06-27) for the Code of Conduct and Certification
provisions applicable to this requirement.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 28 - Health and Safety
Requirements, Item 1.9, Project/Site Conditions of the
specification before performing any site inspection or
preliminary work.
The successful bidder is to include the declared value of
$160,000 (Hst extra) for Crown supplied materials in their
insurance coverage.
