Marginal Wharf Reconstruction - Torbay, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Marginal Wharf Reconstruction in Torbay, NL. Work under
this project will involve the removal and disposal of a 33m
treated timber crib and span marginal wharf, the construction of
a new 30m treated timber crib marginal wharf, dredging of the
harbour basin, and all other components as listed in the
specification and shown in the drawings.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bidders must refer to Specification Section 01 35 28 - Health
and Safety Requirements - Item 1.9 - Project/Site Conditions -
before performing any site inspection or preliminary work.

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, (GI01 of
General Instructions to Bidders, R2710T), Bidders must submit
the following as part of their bid:
1. A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.

Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and
contract documents. The standard Public Works and Government
Services Canada documents may be viewed at:

submit bids on this project should obtain the bid documents
