RECONSTRUCTION OF THE POINTE-AUX-LOUPS WHARFS
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This request does not contain a security requirement.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the reconstruction of
the wharf at Pointe-aux-Loups, Magdalen Island, QC.
More precisely, the work includes the following :
Supply and installation of various size of rocks;
Demolition of breakwater made of dolosse and reuse of concrete
units;
Construction of section of armour with recovered dolosse;
Complete demolition of existing wharf;
Dredging in front of the new wharf;
Disposal of demolition materials;
Reconstruction of wharf and a protective structure against
agitation in CCA-treated wood cribwork;
Supply and installation of steel components such as ladders,
bollards and cleats;
Supply and installation of floating docks.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received by
the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform
the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the
information. Failure to provide such a list within the required
time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must
always submit the list of directors before contract award.
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay.
Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will
result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by March 31, 2014.

The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000
000 $
