5P420-17-5525/A – Banff National Park Secondary Roads Rehabilitation
Requirement:
Rehabilitation work to secondary roads and parking lots within Banff National Park including: Mt Norquay Scenic Dr, Lake Minnewanka Scenic Dr, Vermillion Lakes Rd, Mountain Ave, Upper Bankhead UDA, Two Jack DUA, Minnewanka DUA, and Fenlands DUA.
Work includes asphalt milling, asphalt placement and overlay, subgrade preparation, crack sealing, ditch cleanout, drainage excavation, clearing and grubbing, mechanically stabilized earth wall construction, subgrade reconstruction, guardrail installation, line painting, curb and gutter replacement and culvert installation. Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by November 30, 2018. See specifications for project milestones.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
