It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Astotin Recreation Day Use area, Elk Island National Park, on December 13, 2016. The site visit will begin at 11:00am (MST).
Bidders will assemble at the Elk Island Golf Course parking lot and we will proceed to the theatre for the site visit. Please proceed to the main entrance to the park located on Hwy 16 which is 20 minutes east of Sherwood Park. After entering the park proceed approximately 14 kms north on the parkway until you reach the entrance to the Astotin Recreation Area on the left. After turning in to the Recreation Area, cross the cattle guard and the parking lot will be on the left for the Golf Course.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
