Parks Canada is tendering for the services of a contractor for the rehabilitation of sanitary facilities at Cap de Bon-Désir Interpretation and Observation Centre. The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of an extension to the existing observation kiosk to house the new washrooms and housekeeping storage room, the extension of a water supply line, the collection, pre-treatment and the discharge of wastewater from the extension, and road and field rehabilitation at the work site.
Closing Date and Time: April 17, 2018 at 2 PM Eastern Daylight time (EDT)
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Delivery Date: The Work must be completed on or before 29 June, 2018.
