The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) Canada, is seeking to engage the services of a construction company for the work of replacing old floats and mooring piles at Masset, British Columbia.
The overall work, in general, under this contract consists of but will not necessarily be limited to the following:
1. mobilization and demobilization;
2. remove Old Floats C and D and Temporary Moor within the Harbour;
3. position New Float C and Connect to Old Float B;
4. supply and Install 30” Diameter x 0.5” Thick x 80ft Long, Straight Seamed, Steel Pipe Piles;
Quote should include the supply of equipment, labour and materials (except the New Float C assembled, undecked and floating on site provided by DFO) necessary for the performance and completion of the work.
