Title: Wharf Reconstruction Phase II
Location: Port Edward, BC
Work Description:
The work to be carried out under this contract includes the demolition and disposal of the northern part of an existing wharf and the northern approach to the wharf/travel-lift in Port Edward and the construction of Phase II of a new concrete wharf.
Completion Date:
All work to start upon Contract award. On site work to start no earlier than September 11, 2017. All mandatory work including clean-up and demobilization shall be completed by December 29, 2017. All work including option items including clean-up and demobilization shall be completed by February 23, 2018.
Underwater works shall be conducted in consultation with local DFO officer due to fish habitat/herring conservation window, unless otherwise approved by Habitat and Enhancement Branch, Fisheries and Oceans.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $2,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
