The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of a contractor. Work under this contract covers but is not limited to, the following:
.1 Demolition and removals
.2 Bog bridges
.3 Erosion control wood edging
.4 Simple log stairs
.5 Structural log stairs
.6 Dimensional lumber stairs
.7 Wood fencing
.8 Timber retaining walls
.9 Found stone steps
.10 Found single boulders
.11 Stone retaining walls
.12 Footing pinned to bedrock
.13 Granular parking area

A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Ottawa Time. The meeting place will be the Luskville Falls parking lot, Luskville, QC.

All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
