Work under the proposed contract comprises of the furnishing of
all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision for the
Roofing Upgrades project in Stony Mountain, Manitoba, as more
fully described in the Drawings and Specifications.
There will be a site visit on December 12, 2012 at 9:00am.
Interested bidders are to meet at Construction Trailer at Stony
Mountain Institution.

Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms
and special instructions which are available directly from the

Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
