TITLE: PERIMETER ROAD REHABILITATION AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS AT HALIFAX CITADEL

DELIVERY DATE: The Contractor shall commence the work no earlier than July 4, 2016 and complete the work by September 23, 2016.
