Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the reconstruction of approximately 23.7 km of Route 117,
located within the limits of Kouchibouguac Park, Kent County,
New Brunswick.

The work consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of
existing asphalt concrete for recycling, partial excavation of
the roadway, widening of the roadway, supplying and placing of
aggregate base, sub-base as well as asphalt Type "B"and Type
"D". The work also includes the replacement of existing roadway
culverts and guide rail along the entire length of this section
of roadway. All work is to be performed in accordance with the
plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.070695.001
forming part of the bid document. The work is to be completed
by July 31, 2016.

Bidders are notified that Solicitation Amendment Number 3 is
being issued to revise the specification to include payment
adjustments found under Section 32 12 16, Clause 3.8 as well as
Clause 3.11.
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 405, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $10,000,001.00 - $25,000,000.00 (HST not included).
