Statement of Requirement
The Statistics Canada Printing Centre requires the supply of an offline semi-automated spiral loader which is capable of loading 14 inch books with a 4 to 1 pitch spiral of sizes varying from 6mm to 20mm as
well as any training that would be necessary to allow users to access all of the required features of the equipment. The requirement is detailed under Annex A- Statement of Requirement.
