Relocalisation de la Chancellerie de Vienne - Services de consultants en biens immobiliers

Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD), operating under the name "Global Affairs Canada (GAC)" has initiated a relocation of its Embassy in Austria which is located at Laurenzerberg 2, Vienna, Austria. The Department has obtained market information and has completed a preliminary feasibility study. The study is recommending a lease solution to be pursued, however a purchase option could still be considered.
The contract will have two mandates: 1) Mandate 1 – Consultation services: pursue the investigation of available properties for consideration by DFATD and 2) Mandate 2 – Broker services: if and when the Treasury Board of Canada approves the project, the contractor will provide broker services to finalise the transaction of the recommended option.
