Location: Coldstream Ranch Well Site, Coldstream, BC

Note to Tenderers:
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract covers remediation work on
the Coldstream Ranch Well (CRW), located at 8755 Kalamalka Road,
Coldstream, BC. Work generally includes but is not limited to
the following:

  • The drilling and installation of one, potentially more, large

diameter relief well(s)

  • Construction of a discharge flume or pipe from the CRW and the

new relief well to the settling pond

  • Testing of new relief well

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit / Bidders' Meeting:
A Bidders' Meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, August 29th, 2012
at 10:00am local time, at the Golder Associates Ltd. Office,
located at 220 -1755 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. A maximum
of two (2) representatives per bidder will be permitted at the
Bidders' Meeting.

A second bidder's meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, September
11th, 2012 at 10:30 am local time at the Golder Associates Ltd
office, located at 220 -1755 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
After the Bidders' Meeting, a Site Visit is scheduled at 1:00pm
local time on Tuesday, September 11th, 2012 at the Coldstream
Ranch Well (CRW), located at 8755 Kalamalka Road, Coldstream,
BC. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder will be
permitted at the Bidders' Meeting, and at the Site Visit.
Interested bidders are required to provide their name(s) and
company names to Donna Fung at D••••••••@•••••.••.ca by
Thursday, September 6th, 2012.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within eight weeks from Contract Award.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost around
$1,500,000.00.
