DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITIES
The Department of National Defence as a requirement for eight
(8) bolster trailers and cable reel trailers and related items
grouped in three (3) different configurations (A, B and C). All
in accordance with Annex B - Purchase Derscription - Bolster
Trailers and Cable Reel Trailers.
The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to ten
(10) additional bolster trailers and cable reel trailers and
related equipment over a period of twelve (12) months after
contract award.
DEBRIEFING
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
DELIVERY
The desirable delivery date is on or before February 29, 2016.
Destinations are CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick, CFB Petawawa,
Ontario and CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia.

procurement.
