QUANTITIES

Firm Quantity:
Two (2) 35-Ton Low Bed Trailers and related ancillary
equipment. All in accordance with Annex B - Purchase
Derscription. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) CFB Petawawa, Ontario.

Optional Quantity:
The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to two
(2) additional 35-Ton Low Bed Trailers and ancillary equipment
over a period of eitheen (18) months after contract award.

DEBRIEFING

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

DELIVERY

Delivery of the firm quantity is desirable on or before January
22, 2014.
