Requirement:
Work for this Contract comprises of upgrades to the heating system of apartments A and B located at the Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park, BC.
Project Timeline:
The work must be completed on or before July 31, 2015.
Optional Site Visit
There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 09:30AM (PDT). Interested bidders are to meet in Rogers Pass, Apartment Blocks A & B parking lot (see attached map for meeting location).
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
