Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of Canadian Food
Inspection Agency (CFIA) Burnaby Laboratory located at 3155
Willington Green, Burnaby, British Columbia V5G 4P2 and further
identified as CFIA Mixing Box Replacement.

Mandatory Site Visit:
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative(s) of the Bidder will be required to sign the
attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by bidders
who have not signed the attendance sheet for the site visit will
not be accepted.

A site visit is scheduled on July 7, 2015 at 10:30am PDST.
Interested contractors are to meet at the Canadian Food
Inspection Agency (CFIA) Burnaby Laboratory located at 3155
Willington Green, Burnaby, BC. Contractors are to sign in with
the commissionaire in the front lobby.

Interested bidders are requested to provide their name(s) and
company name(s) to the Contracting Authority, Patty Liu (604)
775-6227 or p••••••••@•••••.••.ca by 1430 PDST on July 03, 2015,
if you will be attending the site visit.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the mandatory site visit will be included as an
amendment/addendum. Submissions provided by Bidders who did not
attend will be excluded from the tender process.

Completion Date:
Work is to be completed by March 31, 2016.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between $900,000.00 to $1,000,000.00.

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain
