Boiler Replacement - Building 8, Agriculture and Agri-Food
Canada, Fredericton, N.B.
Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the boiler replacement at the Agriculture and Agri-Food
Canada in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The work covered under
this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour,
equipment and material listed for the construction of the Boiler
Replacement in Building 8 Headerhouse at the Potato Research
Centre in Fredericton, New Brunswick in strick accordance with
specifications and accompanying drawings for PWGSC Project
Number R.068224.001 forming part of the bid document. The
contract completion is September 30, 2015.
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work
required and the existing conditions. There will be an optional
site visit on June 9, 2015 at 1:00 pm. All interested bidders
are to meet at the main entrance of the Potato Research Centre,
850 Lincoln Road, Fredericton, New Brunswick. Although not
mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this
work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all
aspects of the work. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation. Please note that this will
be the only site visit for this project. No other site visits
will be arranged during the tender period.
A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. The
estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $250,001 - $500,000 (HST included).
