Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required to replace
existing four-ply built-up roofing with a new two-ply modified
bituminous membrane roof system at the Osborne Community
Correctional Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described
in the plans and specifications.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at
09:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the front desk of
the Osborne Community Correctional Centre, 1048 Main Street,
Winnipeg, MB. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
specified date and time will not be given an alternative
appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
