Requirement:
Jasper National Park requires the maintenance compound roof replaced. The work involves the removal of the existing roof system and replacing it with a 2 ply modified roofing system including of sheeting, vapour barrier, tapered insulation, flashing, drainage, and removal of precast concrete parapet cap.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by October 30, 2015.
Mandatory Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on June 9, 2015 at 1:00pm MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at the Maintenance Compound Building, #1 Compound Road, Jasper National Park.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
