Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of a mechanical firm, acting in the capacity of teh
coordinating engineer of record, together with a
multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of
service required for this project.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number E0208-10276/A dated 2013-06-14 with a
closing of 2013-07-26 at 14:00h. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
Tenderers are responsible for obtaining copies of tender forms
and special instructions which are available directly from the
Buy and Sell site.
It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
comply will result in rejection of your tender.
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed at
http://sacc.pwgsc.gc.ca/sacc/query-e.jsp. Firms intending to
submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents
through the Buy and Sell services provider. Firms that obtain
tender documents from a source other than Buy and Sell run the
risk of not receiving a complete package.
