Title:
Cell Furniture Replacement

Location:
Kent Institution, Agassiz, BC

Work Description:
Work under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
Cell furniture replacement, including installation of cell
furniture and touch-up painting of cell walls and ceilings.
Contract also includes removal and disposal of existing cell
furniture and remedial work;
Cell furniture to be provided by others and installed by
contractor;
Main filters at Living Unit HVAC system to be replaced at end of
project. Contractor to be aware that there is some lead
concentration in the paint.
The Institution and Living Units will be operational during the
entire construction period.

Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on January 23, 2013 at 10 am.
Interested Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office, Kent
Institution, 4732 Cemetery Road, Abbotsford, BC.

Construction Time:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within
twenty-two weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of
the offer.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between
$350,000.00 and $450,000.00.
