PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:
Roof Replacement, Central Experimental Farm, Building 22,
Ottawa, Ontario.
Project description:This project is requires the replacement of
the existing roof with a new modified bituminous membrane roof.
Please note that the DSR (Designated Substances Report) will be
issued shortly as an Addendum.
Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at
level of Reliability. Failure to comply with this requirement
will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration
will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on January 29, 2015 at 10:00am.
