PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.066188.006 - Roof Replacement,
Canada Four Corners Building, 93 Sparks
Street., Ottawa, Ontario
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to replace the roof at
the Canada Four Corners Building.
Work is to be completed within eight (8) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $ 100,000.00 - $ 250,000.00
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at the level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit January 16, 2014., at 10:00 a.m..
Interested bidders are to meet at access freight entrance, PCO,
11 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
**Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site
visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they
represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer by
January 14, 2014, in order to gain access to the site.
