Nature of Requirements:
The project consists of replacing the boilers in the mechanical
room as well as the fluestacks and all modifications required to
the existing heating distribution. Three condensing boilers for
the new low temperature loop will be installed. This new system
will replace the preheat hot water coil with new glycol coils.
New mid-range temperature boilers and two new steam boilers, one
gas and one electric, will also be installed in replacement of
the existing ones.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work at later than
December 1st, 2013 from the date of notification of acceptance
of the offer.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 1 000
001.00 and $ 5 000 000.00.
