PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work covered by this tender process are limited tochanging the sealant and caulk to seal the openings of doors and Windows of the building facility located at 1055 P.E.P.S. street, Quebec City, QC G1V 4C7.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Laurentian Forestry Center at 1055 rue du PEPS, Québec G1V 4C7 on February 5th 2016. The site visit will begin at 13:00 Eastern Standard (EST),
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
INTEGRITY PROVISIONS
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not beenreceived by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within thetime-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
Declaration of Convicted OffencesWhere a Bidder or its Affiliate is unable to certify that it has not been convicted of any of the offences referenced under the Canadian Offences Resulting in Legal Incapacity, the Canadian Offences and the Foreign Offences subsections, the Bidder must provide with its bid the completed Declaration Form, to be given further consideration in the procurement process.
PERIOD OF WORKWork must be completed within ninety (90) days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
BUDGETThe budget, for this project, is between 100 000$ and 500 000 $
