Description of Work:
The work under this project is divided into two distinct parts.
The first part is to replace the existing septic system (Ecoflo)
present in the dock, adjacent to the waiting booth. The second
part is to connect a gravity transfer pipe from the boat's
wastewater discharge to the new treatment system.
Work Site: On the wharf at Baie-Ste-Catherine, Province of
Quebec.
Bid Security
Bidders shall enclose a bid security with their offer.
Period of Work
The work must be completed within a period of six (6) weeks
after contract award.
Budget
The budget for this project is between $100,000 and $500,000.
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
However, PWGSC will not be organizing a formal site visit but an
information session by conference call will be held on Thursday
March 27th, 2014 at 09:30 am.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to
the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be
precluded from submitting a bid.
This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
