TWO - ENVELOPE BID
This Bid shall be submitted following a "two-envelope"
procedure. Refer to SI05 of the Special Instructions to Bidders.
SCOPE OF WORK :
Work of this project comprises roof replacement of Aircraft
Services Hanger located at Hamilton Airport, Mount Hope, Ontario.
There will be an optional site visit on 06th of July 2012 at
11:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at, "Front Entrance",
Hamilton Airport Aircraft Service Hanger, Unit 450, 9300
Airport Road, Mount Hope, Ontario - L0R 1W0, Canada
Bidders should communicate with the contracting authority no
later than 12:00 PM July 05th 2012 to confirm attendees to the
site visit.
***Please Note: This site visit will serve as an opportunity for
contractors to walk around the site and view the area(s) where
the work is to be completed. Enquiries of a technical or
contractual nature will not be answered during the site visit.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 08
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
Contract Documents. The Standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
MERX electronic Bulletin Board as part of the information
