Replacement (Supply/Install and Disposal) of Humidifiers
To supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation
and supervision necessary for the replacement (removal, supply
and install, disposal) of three (3) existing humidifiers from
their respective heat pumps, for Natural Resources Canada
(NRCan), at the Prince Albert Satellite Station facility,
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, as detailed in the Statement of
Work. Humidifier units must be: MODEL: VPC-3 OR EQUIVALENT;
CAPACITY 8.6 lbs / hr; DISPERSION METHOD L-Tube. Equivalency
will be evaluated on capacity and dispersion method.
Verification and assessment of (3) three Remote Digital Display
Modules is also required to determine if they require
replacement to be compatible with the new humidifier units.

for Proposal (RFP).
Optional Site Visit:
It recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder
visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of
the work site. The site visit will be held on __Wednesday,
December 12, 2012, at _____13:00 (1:00 p.m.)_____ at __Natural
Resources Canada, Prince Albert Satellite Station, 11 KM West on
Hwy 3, Prince Albert, SK.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than one (1) day before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders who do not confirm attendance and provide the
name(s) of the person(s) who will attend as required will not be
allowed access to the site. Bidders will be requested to sign
an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment but
they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
