Replacing chillers no. 1 and 3, for the Donnacona Institution,
for Correctional Service Canada
The project consist without limitation, replacing chillers no.1
and 3 with a new cooling system and interiors condensers with
new condensers on the roof. The work includes the renovation of
the cooling plant.
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on May 27,
2014 at 10:00 am at the following address: Etablissement
Donnacona, 1537 Route 138, Donnacona Qc Bidders who do not
attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a
bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
to the bid solicitation.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR SITE VISIT: Anyone who wishes to
attend the site visit is subject to a prior security check. The
supplier must complete form CSC/SCC 1279 "Institutional Access
CPIC Clearance Request" and fax it to Mr. Frederic Dion at (418)
285-2027 or by e-mail: f••••••••@•••••••.••.ca, at least
three (3) days before the date set for the visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $500,000 -
1,000,000$.
