PWGSC has a requirement which comprises the roof replacement for the Laura Secord Building located at 32 Church St. in St. Catherines, ON. This includes the removal of the existing roof membrane, curbing roof flashings and drains as well as the temporary relocation or uncoupling of existing mechanical and electrical equipment on the roof.
Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a site visit on August 8, 2016 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at front entrance of 32 Church St. in Ste. Catherines ON.
Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation
The site visit for this projectis MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
