The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking the services of an experienced contractor for the supply of materials and services for the Resurfacing of the Greenbelt Pathway West. The general general scope of work includes, but is not limited to apply stone dust to approximately 7,375 meters of recreational pathway in the Greenbelt, Ottawa, Ontario.
To be considered, your proposal must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on October 25, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NG239.
Faxed, e-mail or late tenders will not be accepted.

Enquiries should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.
Note that amounts quoted in this tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
There will be a public opening for this invitation to tender, shortly after 3:00 p.m. following close of tender at 40 Elgin Street, 3rd Floor, Ottawa, Ontario.
