The National Capital Commission (NCC) has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) from experienced contractors to provide all goods and services related to the Resurfacing of Greenbelt Pathway West in the National Capital Region (ITT reference number NR54). The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to apply stone dust to approximately 6,475 meters of recreational pathway in the Greenbelt, Ottawa, Ontario.
You may obtain the Tender documents directly from Buy and Sell at www.buyandsell.gc.ca . All proponents must register with Buy and Sell in order to obtain the documents.
To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on August 1, 2013 at the National Capital Commission, 3rd Floor Service Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NR54. Tenders may be submitted in French or in English.

The NCC reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders submitted, to cancel the request for tender, and/or to reissue the invitation to tender in its original or revised form. The NCC also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful proponent and/or any or all suppliers.
The procurement process of this invitation to tender is subject to Chapter 5 of the Agreement on International Trade.
Note that amounts quoted in this tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net 30 days.
There will be no public opening for this tender.
